Frequently asked questions

Which languages can be translated?
15 languages, including English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Arabic and Hindi. Pick one source language per meeting and as many target languages as the room needs.
What is included in the free plan?
30 minutes of live translation each month. Every meeting is archived with its transcript, and Markdown, HTML and PDF exports are included.
How do attendees follow along?
They scan the QR code on the big screen or open the room link on their phone, choose their own language, and can turn on spoken captions.
Where are my meeting records stored?
In the browser you held the meeting in. Turn on cloud backup in Settings to keep a copy under your signed-in account too, or export the transcript for another device.
How is the subscription billed, and can I cancel?
Pro costs $29 per month, or $23 per month billed annually ($276 for the year); everything is charged in US dollars. Polar is the merchant of record and handles payment, invoices and refunds, and you can cancel or change your payment method any time in the customer portal. A cancellation keeps your hours until the end of the current billing period, after which the quota returns to 30 minutes per month; if the subscription goes past due or is revoked, the limit drops immediately. After an upgrade, the running meeting adopts the new limit within 60 seconds; if the meeting was already stopped because the quota ran out, start a new meeting.
